Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026. By creating an account or using Alyaat (company workspace or customer portal), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Alyaat provides software for equipment rental businesses and a public portal for customers to discover published listings and request rentals. Alyaat is a technology platform; rental contracts, delivery, pricing commitments, and equipment condition are agreements between customers and the rental companies they deal with.

2. Company accounts

  • You must provide accurate company and owner details during signup.
  • You are responsible for users invited to your tenant, their roles, and activity inside your workspace.
  • Publishing to the marketplace is optional. You may enable or disable portal participation according to product settings.
  • Listings you publish must be truthful (availability intent, public price presentation, and equipment description).

3. Portal customers

  • You must keep login credentials confidential and use a valid phone number for your account.
  • Rental requests are inquiries to companies; acceptance, contract terms, deposits, and handover are handled by the company (often starting as a draft rental in their workspace).
  • Do not misuse messaging, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access another user’s data.

4. Availability and pricing

Portal search uses the platform’s overlap and publication rules to show likely availability and public prices. Final confirmation, negotiated rates, taxes, delivery fees, and insurance remain subject to each company’s processes and any signed rental agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service in unauthorized ways, disrupt platform operations, scrape personal data, bypass authentication, or use Alyaat for unlawful rental or sales activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk.

6. Intellectual property

Alyaat branding, software, and documentation remain our property. Company logos, listing photos, and customer content remain owned by their respective owners; you grant Alyaat a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alyaat is not liable for disputes between renters and companies, equipment damage, delivery delays, or business losses arising from reliance on listings or messaging. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service features over time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, inactivity, or platform integrity reasons. You may stop using Alyaat at any time; companies should export or retain operational records they need before closing accounts.
