Customer records

Keep customer type, identity or commercial registration, phone, email, country, city, credit limit, and rental history.

Fleet and upkeep

Contracts and availability

Rent several units on one contract, prevent double booking, and use an availability calendar. Move from draft through completed, with hold, extend, and return.

Invoices and payments

Issue an invoice from a contract, record cash, transfer, card, or other payments, and print the invoice and receipt. Status is unpaid, partial, or paid.

Listings and requests

Publish for rent or sale when you choose. Accepting a request creates a customer and a draft contract. Reject with an optional reason, and chat from the inbox.

Dashboard and subscription

See customer, unit, and contract counts, and a reminder as the subscription nears its end. New companies get 14 days of full access, then one monthly or yearly plan. Data stays, and listings return to search after renewal.
